General Policy

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency gambling, deposits are non-refundable once betting activity has commenced.

If your deposit was not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction hash. We will investigate within 24 hours.

In the event of a confirmed platform technical failure, affected bets will be voided and amounts returned to user balances.
